Having never been before, anticipations ran high.
And to be completely honest, I wasn’t sure whether to pack the sunscreen or an umbrella. I mean the forecast sure looked great but it’s England, so you never know. So I kept my fingers crossed for sunny scenes and decided to pack neither, but sport some light summer clothing with jeans and a rain jacket just in case.
Excited for the likes of Chase & Status, J. Cole, A$AP Ferg, Future and Krept & Konan (among many others), I was expecting the best day of summer (yet) and nothing less. And I don’t necessarily refer to alcohol fuelled fun but a lot of erratic movement and everyone just generally having a good craic because the event is so damn good!

Wireless Festival has certainly lived up to its expectations. Artists from across the world were playing their sets and the whole place was just buzzing with people partying! We partied the day away into the late hours of the evening before we had to catch the train back home (definitely booking a nearby hotel next time).
Lots of food & snacks on the journey back helped postpone the dreadful hangover. Until next time, Wireless.
