The One Month Body Blast

The plan has been created to give you some generic nutritional guidelines and help you lose weight, but also to strengthen and tone your abs, glutes and the thighs.

More specifically, the plan encapsulates complete meals and snacks for Monday through to Sunday, exact workouts and exercises for Monday through to Sunday (including pictures illustrating how to perform each and every one of them (on the same page so you don’t have to flip back and forth when working out)), recipes for all meals within the plan, a grocery list and last but not least, some closing words!

I have had really, really good feedback and some of my ladies have seen amazing results as soon as one week in, although I strongly suggest you don’t let the quick results allow you to get distracted. So do your best to follow the plan for at least a month (that’s when most are sending in their progress pictures) and give it your full attention, day in day out.
