Having had the website up for a wee while now, I pointed a few work colleagues to it to gain some feedback (any comments and all contributions are welcome guys) :). The overall response was positive which is fantastic! There is however something I have noticed and picked up from almost all conversations. Pretty much every individual had mentioned (be it either in a jesting fashion or straight up honest) – people are very keen on finding out what the shortcuts are to a six pack core.
There are various paths to fat loss, some smarter than others; you just have to know what to do under the right circumstances and at the right time. But the truth remains unshaken: shortcuts simply do not exist! There are some key fundamentals that each and every individual has to abide to if they want to burn fat. And if there is any one thing I want you to take in and remember from this post; the smartest and most powerful fat loss protocol is for you to become accountable.
Have a plan in place. Quit messing around and stop guessing things. If things don’t work out, you are then able to look back and see where you went wrong.
If you have a plan in place – i.e. know exactly what workouts you must carry out to perfect your physique and you know exactly what contents of food you must consume to support you on your journey. Only then nothing can get in your way. If you hold yourself accountable and follow your plan (set out to help you achieve your goals), then you know you can’t bend the rules, you know you can’t make small adjustments, you just do it and then you can watch the results take shape!
