Kale & Kiwi Superpower

It has been what, just under a month since I last posted my last smoothie recipe? You know me. I love eating. And I love switching things up.

Here in the UK it has been pretty hot outside lately so I think it is time to give the digestive system a break and opt for something a little lighter, yet super refreshing. I appreciate a lot of people don’t like the taste of kale, but mix it up with some kiwi and you get a nice, fruity and satisfying smoothie packing just enough protein to hold you over until your next meal.

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz of coconut water.
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and chopped.
  • 1 large handful of kale.
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein.
  • 1-2 handfuls of ice.

Preparation instructions:

  • Add everything to a blender and blend until smooth.
